Make Legacy Stables and Events the Site for Your Next Corporate Event

On a bright sunny day in August, over 400 people descended on the grounds of Legacy Stables and Events for an all-day training session filled with meetings and team-building exercises. The group was part of a large not-for-profit organization in the Triad with multiple locations that kicks off the start of their new fiscal year by gathering all of its employees together in one place.

Legacy Stables and Events’ property makes the perfect location for this big event, which made use of our large ballroom space for the general session, small rooms adjacent to the outdoor spaces for breakout sessions, and catering services to provide meals and snacks throughout the day.

Legacy Stables and Events has the flexibility and venue options to accommodate events of all types:

  • Holiday parties
  • End of year or employee appreciation events
  • Training sessions
  • Corporate retreats
  • Team-building seminar
  • Nonprofit fundraisers

Property Highlights

Whether you are planning a corporate retreat for a small, intimate group of just a few people, a training seminar for your entire staff or a large fundraising gala for hundreds, Legacy Stables and Events has the venues and rooms to make it all possible.

Forsyth Barn. One of our most popular spaces for corporate and nonprofit events, the Forsyth Barn has the flexibility to accommodate large gatherings and breakout sessions all in one space. The 12,000 square foot Grand Ballroom can seat up to 1,000 guests, and the adjoining Carolina Room can be used for a larger breakout session or a smaller meeting, fitting 60-100 easily. The large open foyer, a stallway and beautiful outdoor terrace provide further options for breakout sessions or places to set up meals and snacks.

Grace Barn. Perfect for parties and galas, Cate’s Ballroom within Grace Barn can host up to 800 guests in an elegant, beautifully decorated space. This venue also works for meetings and training sessions, as the Salem Stallway, bridal suite and groom quarters can be used for multiple small group meetings, break-out sessions, or even a green room for a keynote speaker.

Legacy House. The beautiful backdrop of the Legacy House makes an intimate gathering space for team-building retreats and smaller training sessions. The outdoor terrace adds interest to the venue, making it a great place to take a break for lunch when the weather is nice.

Why choose just one? For large corporate events like the non-profit in our example above, you can make use of the entire property. Multiple small meeting rooms, large gathering places, and beautiful outdoor meeting areas make up the best of what Legacy Stables and Events has to offer.
