The Forsyth Barn
The Forsyth Barn was once home to one of the largest horseback riding lesson facilities in the Southeast, and is now 22,000 square feet of climate controlled and technologically advanced indoor event space. Inside, the Grand Ballroom and the Carolina Room can accommodate many different types of events, from wedding ceremonies and receptions to corporate dinners and training sessions. The Forsyth Barn is equipped to seat up to 1,000 guests, with more intimate spaces available to fit any guest count.
Our large open foyer, stallway, and outdoor terrace provide multiple options for cocktail receptions, VIP receptions, and registration areas. With multiple spaces and a variety of set-ups to choose from, The Forsyth Barn provides endless possibilities for hosting weddings, corporate events, and social events.
The Carolina Room
The Carolina Room can accommodate up to 300 guests for a wedding
ceremony, 75 guests for a wedding reception, and 130 guests for a corporate or
social event! Tall barn doors open to a serene garden view with café lighting
and optional drapery! The Carolina Room can be reserved with or without use of
the Grand Ballroom to fit your needs perfectly, and comes with indoor and outdoor
cocktail hour spaces.
The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom, Legacy Stables’ largest event space, accommodates up to 1,000 guests. With high ceilings and modern fixtures, the Grand Ballroom is an impressive choice for any event. Convertible drapery divides the ballroom to fit events of all sizes, and floorplan possibilities are endless with no support posts to obstruct the view.
Bridal Suite
The Forsyth Barn’s bridal suite is spacious and stunning
with a marble vanity, walk-in closet, and stone terrace! Floor length mirrors
lined with LED lights, velvet furniture and crystal chandeliers create a
relaxing and upscale atmosphere for photos! The bridal suite can also be used
as a green room for keynote speakers and performers for social and corporate
events.
The Groom’s Cabin
With two TVs, a pool table, kitchen, and rolling pasture view, the groom’s cabin is an ideal hang-out spot for your bridal party! The groom’s cabin is conveniently located near the front pasture, a perfect place for photos before and after the ceremony. It’s also just steps away from the Forsyth Barn.
