Whether you choose to have boxed lunches, hot buffets, or a plated meal, getting the details nailed down in advance helps things go smoothly the day of the event. You might also think about including a DJ or local band for entertainment, or hosting a casino night or auction for team-building and networking.
- Think about Transportation. You might decide to hire a bus to bring all employees to the venue together, which can be fun but requires some advance planning. Or you can ask each person to make their own plans to get to the event.
